1. Acceptance

By using NEORM-ERA by Taurus AI you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

NEORM-ERA provides AI marketing services through its engines, including Neormative (creative and campaigns) and Neormedia (social distribution), delivered by our team and through the tools on this website. Features and availability vary by plan; engines marked as coming soon are not part of any current plan.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

If we give you access to an account or shared workspace, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for activity under them. Abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access is prohibited.

4. Content and IP

You retain ownership of your inputs and branding. Generated campaign kits are licensed to you for your commercial use subject to your plan. Taurus AI retains ownership of the platform, models, and orchestration system.

5. Payment and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Campaign kits already delivered are non-refundable because they include custom work, and included campaigns do not carry a cash value. Annual prepay plans may qualify for credits.

6. Limitation of liability

Taurus AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for third-party platform changes or AI model behavior outside our control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
