Privacy Policy
This policy describes how TAURUS AI Corp. collects, uses, and protects information through the NEORM-ERA platform.

Who we are
NEORM-ERA is operated by TAURUS AI Corp., a federal Canadian corporation (CBCA 1702855-5), 2261 Marentette Ave, Windsor, Ontario N8X 4E9, Canada. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Questions go to our privacy contact at [email protected].
1. What we collect
- What you send us: your name, work email, company, market and message when you use the contact form; your name, email and brief after a purchase; your email if you save a studio score.
- What you type into the studio: product briefs and URLs, used to produce the response you asked for.
- Payment details: entered in our payment processor's checkout (Stripe or Sokin). We receive confirmation of payment, not your card number.
- Sokin orders (business buyers outside Canada): your company name, optional business tax ID, billing address and the country our network provider (Cloudflare) derives from your IP address. We keep these as the tax record showing why no Canadian GST/HST was charged.
- Technical data: your approximate country (supplied by Cloudflare) on lead submissions, and aggregate, cookieless page statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics.
The website has no user accounts and does not store form submissions in a database. Submissions arrive as email to our team.
2. How we use it
To reply to you, deliver the work you bought, run the studio features you use, prevent abuse, and, where you accept advertising cookies, measure our ads. We do not sell personal information and do not use your briefs to train models.
3. Who processes it for us
We share information only with the providers below, and only for the purpose shown.

Some of these providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
4. Cookies
Most of the site sets no tracking cookies. On our campaign pages we ask before loading Meta and Google Ads measurement; nothing is set if you decline. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the question will be asked again. The site also stores your light/dark theme, display currency and, if you saved a studio score, your email in your browser; these stay on your device.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries and briefs are kept as business correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and tax obligations, and are deleted on request where the law allows.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
